I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The room I stayed in was larger than expected and extremely clean. The hotel itself is located in the old city center, surrounded by beautiful medieval buildings. Its location on the castle provided me with stunning views of the city. Additionally, the hotel is just a short 5-minute walk away from the picturesque lakefront, where I could enjoy the lovely boutique shops and numerous restaurants.

There were many insects in the room. We could not get extra pillows, and the ones in the room were way to soft and useless. Vending machine didn't work. The wall paper was coming off the walls. The in room coffee maker was broken and leaked all over the place. For what we paid, the stay was very unpleasant.

The hotel is upscale and recently refurbished, housed in a beautiful building. The property offers brand-new, tastefully decorated rooms with a perfect mattress and great artwork. The presence of a fridge, microwave, and refrigerator are nice touches. The hotel has an unbeatable and magnificent setting, situated next to nearby restaurants and a convenience store.

We appreciated this trendy new hotel. All the staff were friendly and welcoming. The location was convenient for traveling around Elkhart, with restaurants, shopping, and a convenience store nearby. Northside Baptist Church was just 2 miles away.

I frequently stay at this hotel when visiting my son at college. It's consistently clean and comfortable, with a friendly staff. The location is perfect, right off the highway and near plenty of dining options. The free breakfast is always delicious. Best Western never disappoints!
